About Audrey

Audrey Silverman-FooteAudrey Silverman Foote is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been in private practice in the East Bay for over 24 years. She provides psychotherapy for adults, couples, families, adolescents, and groups. She specializes in working with: recovery from sexual, physical, and emotional abuse and other childhood traumas; depression; low self esteem; codependency issues; parenting concerns; compulsive eating patterns; body image dissatisfaction, chronic illness, and perinatal loss. In her therapeutic work she synthesizes in-depth psychotherapy with EMDR, Jungian sand tray, dream work, and expressive arts therapy.
